89 full size 4x4 factory dual exaust

i am looking for anyone who can document if ford offered Dual exaust on any 1989 bronco full sized 4x4. the state of california is giving me grief about my desired project to dual out my truck. they are telling me i cant do it and get a smog check. i have to prove a factory option. any help is greatly thankful

Frank, I worked for Ford Parts & Service Division for 9 years and never have seen or heard of it. If it was available it was never catalogued for or as a replacement part. Could be wrong,but probably the closest thing you can use a single muffler with dual outlets like Flowmaster has. -BF-
