The engine is losing power once it warms up and can only achieve about 2500 rpm. Almost acting as if being flooded? Parts that have been replaced: Fuel pump, Fuel Fillter, Fuel Regulator, air filter, (Plugs, wires, ignition coil and cap), 02 sensor. Oil and plugs were clean when changed. Engine does have a collapsed lifter (that may be the issue) and the Catalytic converter has a hole punched through it. My next move, I guess, at this point is running a compression test? Would like to exhaust all options before replacing lifters and increasing a receding hairline. Much Thanks

If the new fuel system parts do not repair the problem, have you checked the vacuum pump, and hoses, etc. for vacuum leaks?

Had a problem something like this a few years ago when my 86 started acting up. The answer to my problem, one of many over the years, was the temperture sensor.

You have one temperture sensor that shows the temperture of the engine on your dash and another sensor that tells the engines computer how hot is is. It's this computer temp sensor that was faulty. The engine thought it was still cold, even though it was not, causing all kinds of things to run draggy. The two sensors I speak about are in two different places on the engine, don't remember where. Replacement cost was just $10.00.
