I have an 89 bronco with a 302. It originally had a 351w but before I bought it the motor was swapped to the 302. The problem is it still has the 351w computer. So it revs by itself, has bad gas mileage (by bad I mean worse than normal broncos), and it runs really rich. I was wondering if anyone knows what computers are compatible with it. It is an 1989 fullsize eddie bauer edition with a 302 (out of an f-150). If you have any advise, suggestions, or a compatible computer for sale it would be much appreciated. The best way to let me know is by email. [email protected]. Thank you.

Also I saw your other post on whats wrong with the black smoke . The computer is causing thisits preset with the calculated volumn of air and the ammount of fuel it needs to support this . The 351 computer doesnt know you have a 302 now and dont have the same ammount of air coming in so your pouring the gas in for a ratio of a 351,s displacement . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
