351w sb to 460 bb swap

I am looking to swap out my 351w to 460 bb will my c6 tranny from 351w fit on to 460?

is there an adapter i can buy if needed

NO, The bolt pattern for the C6 bellhousing is different for the SB and BB V8's.

If your c6 was made for a small block (351W) it will not bolt up to the big block 460. However, if you can find a cheap big block c6 that is blown, it shouldn't be too much money to have a mechanic switch the guts or rebuild. My c6 was only $350 for a rebuild, but I knew the guy. I don't know of anyone who makes an adapter for this.
