There you go, Steve has done all the hard work of taking voltage readings.  It's not complete, but shows what you should get based on the position of the switches.  If you don't get those readings then one or more of the control wires are probably broken.

My diagram is for an 80 - 86, Steve's appears to be for a 90's Bronco.  They are essentially the same but connector designations may be different.  It is difficult to read labels on Steve's diagram.  The readings on the motor leads should be approximately battery level.  I'm adding this diagram for some explanation.

Awesome! found a few things and it's solved. Both motors were ceased and the driver side switch was bad for the red wire. Instead of trying all the different voltage readings I went caveman and just used a test light. Now I'm trying to hunt down a dual drivers window switch for under $45. I really appreciate everyone's help on this.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the help. It ended up being 3 things. 1st was my own dumb fault. I was doing some testing with the drivers side dual switch out of position so it wasn't able to complete the gound (dumb). 2) both driver and passenger motor ceased. 3) driver side dual switch faulty. So now I'm looking for a good switch under $45 that the local yard wants. I really appreciate all the help everyone gave on this!

I found this guy on ebay http://stores.ebay.com/switchdoctor?rmvSB=true the switch doctor. I've ordered a switch from an 86 aerostar because the layout is the same. The paddles are blue and red instead of silver, but those can easily be changed. I paid $10 and should be getting it snail mail around the beginning of June. I'll let you know how it goes. Again thanks for all the help!
