1986 Ford Bronco 2, 5-speed overdrive manual transmission. The clutch is not releasing enough when I push the pedal in, If I let it set a while with the engines shut off, it will release enough once or twice to shift between gears and then quits. It drives fine when I can get it into gear, no slippage. The master cylinder resivour is full of fluid. Could it be just the release bearing (throw-out bearing) that needs replaced, maybe the ***** cylinder ? I've never replaced one of these hydraulic clutches, is it hard, any special tools required to do thework?

Anybody's help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a Chiefs fan, always have been, always will be. BUT...Go Giants! No team ever caught cheating in a season should be able to play in a SuperBowl!!!

Taking the xtra minutes to reply to my problems is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

May the both of you recieve twice the payback in some form of good.

I have not yet got under the bronco to look at what you talk about but I will when the weather allows (COLD and WET ) and I'll reply back as to what I find, probably with more questions.

Anybody else have any idea's, please add.

Thanks again.
