Hi,

As I wanted to take a ride in my bronco last night, my frontlights didn't work anymore. When I pull out the light switch to the first "click", only the orange lights turn on. When I push it out complete (2nd click), only the parking light turns on. I checked the fuses, but I couldn't find anything. The high beam still works.

Pleas help

The switch is the thing on the floor that you use to switch from low beam to high beam. The connectors frequently get badly corroded, could be fixed sometimes just by cleaning. I am not there so unfortunately I cannot tell you if you need a replacement. If you have a friend that has a Bronco or a F-series truck, maybe he will let you borrow his to try. I dont think they are all that expensive if you need to get a new one.

Yardape is right if it's an older truck with floor switch. If its a newer truck with the integrated turn-signal/dimmer/wiper switch, they are still easy to replace, but will cost around $50-$60. You can use the "My Contols" link at the top right of this page to add a signature with your trucks information to your posts . It will help the guys give you better answers to your questions. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I replaced the old switch, was only 4.99, but there is still the same problem.

The high beam works, and instead of the normal driving light i got only the parking light.

can it has something to do with the battery?

do you have any other idea?

thanks for your help
