Coil spring in the Back

I seen a F-150 today with roughly a 10 in lift. She had coil springs in the rear with no leaf's is this right? And whats the advantages or disadvantages with it?

he might have had the suspention changed into a custom 4link if thats the case it gives you more articulation and travel in your axle ive been thinking about doing that i think it would be sweet but its alot of work there so i think im gonna put ladder bars and softer leaf springs on mine. an example of what has a goos 4link are trophy trucks its really good for jumping

Alright, i have seen them before, but uncommon to me. So i figured i would ask. Thanks for the info.. Why's it so much work to do? It looks pretty simple, ladder rack and changing out the leafs for springs.

After looking into 4 link i realized why its so difficult. look nice but damn...
