Assuming the frame is OK, one would have to torch the bad spring- hangar (front or rear) off & weld in a new one.

A weld shop or even a muffler shop could help you with that.

If you're refering to the shackle (the part that pivots) on the rear of the leaf spring....that's easy to replace.

If the frame is rotted around the hangar....then a frame shop will have to get involved.

happened on my bronco as well. u will need to get the spring bracket on the frame and a new shackle. the bracket is rivited to the frame with 4 rivites so just cut off the heads of the rivits with a torch. becareful of the gas tank right there. then use grade 8 or higher bolts to hold on the new bracket. thats what i did and they have been fine for over a year now. replace both sides. jack the truck up and hold it on jack stands on the frame and use a jack under the axle to raise and lower it
