I have a 1990 Bronco XLT with a 351, I want to lift it but have to go back to school and wont have any income for a while, I was looking into adding a leaf. Is it possible to add a leaf to the front and back, will i still be able to go offroading with this. Pleas help me out.

You've asked this twice, so I guess I'll answer here, too. You can't add a leaf to the front because you have coil springs up there. You can add a leaf to the rear because you have leaf springs there. Adding a leaf to the rear will just make you sit ass end high. Your bronco already sits high in the back with the stock suspension, so I wouldn't recommend just lifting the back.

Does the job...... just don't try to drink coffee, & never put your tongue between your teeth, while moving.

Kidney belt helps as well.
That's kind of a blanket statement to make that isn't entirely true. I have an AAL in the rear on my bronco and it rides just fine on and off road. It depends on the thickness and number of leaves that are added that can affect the ride.
