Haven’t seen a good original in years, however they are fairly simple to make a a fab shop. Check with some local welding shops or you can do like I did buy a tube bender, or find some used roll cages. You can usually find them cheap.

What do they look like? I have a couple from my daughter's '78 which I removed because they didn't look good and were bent inwards. No doubt they could be straightened. They appear to be 3/8" flat steel and were bolted directly to the bumper on top and to the bumper bracket on the bottom. They also have holes at the top so maybe a crossbar was removed.
