Ive had that happen in the past.It either had the stud stripped in the hub or it was the nut it self.As much pain in the ass as it is what I always ended up doing was jack up that wheel, take off all the other lug nuts. Now heres where you need another hand. While some one is pulling on the wheel as hard as they can against the lug,the other person has to try to take it off with the socket or whatever your using.Sometimes the pressure on it will either stop the stud from spinning or if the nut is stripped force it to unscrew. Then you can repair it since everything is apart..Good luck,,I know what its like :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

The only other way when that didnt work was to get a pipe that fit tight on the lug nut,If you have the long nuts,,And break it off by basically bending it up and down until the stud snaps.Whatever way you look at it,its gonna take a little fight. And since you dont want to damage the wheel you cant use a torch.Unless you can get a grinder or cut off wheel in there. ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Take another lug nut and tack weld it to the outside of the stripped one. Then use the lug wrench to take em off and buy new lug nuts. It works if you lose your key to your locking lug nuts too. How do I know? Somebody stole my rims off my pickup doing the same thing. and I had locking lug nuts.
