i have a 78 xlt 400. i got it back from exhaust last week and i thought they fried my alternaton. i hooked up my alt tester and it said it was bad. so i replaced it. i also replaced the battery just to be safe. still saying bad alternator. i replaced the voltage regulator about six months ago. any ideas? the system is definately not charging.... any ideas? thanks -josh-
