Just brought home a 73 from AZ, want to update and turn into a daily driver, It has a 302 w/C4 thats getting swapped W/ EFI 5.0 & aod from a 92 Mustang. After stripping out all the after market stuff thats been spliced in and no longer working the old harness is falling apart. Any opinions on witch after market harness works best with this engine & trans swap, the centech, painless or other?

I would stay away from ron francis they have good quality hardware but there customer support sucks. Its a pretty vague kit too they dont custom make anything for you like they advertise you just get a bunch of spools of wire and general directions. There customer support line is one of those leave your number well call you back, as if you have nothing better to do than to sit and wax your carrot for 30 minutes waiting for some clown to return your call.

Then when you finally do get some one they have the personality traits of a water bufalo that sounds so put off with the idea of having a conversation with you.
