wiper pump trouble?

I am hearing a relay/solenoid type clicking under the ashtray area when I push in the steering column button for the wiper pump? It is not working and would like to fix, anyone know what the noise could be???

that clicking noise is the wiper pump relay. the pump is probably out. take the window washer resivor (sorry about the spelling) take the lock nut off and replace the pump.
