windshield wipers

i was just wondering if anyone knows how to replace the windshield wiper piece that holds it on the truck..it is a grooved piece on mine that is stripped....i know i can get an entire new arm for the wiper but it is the piece the arm holds on to

I think you are doomed to replace the entire arm. Why not go to a local friendly auto recycler?
