Just go a new aluminum radiator and put it in. The old cap was 13 lb and I hear that you are supposed to use 16lb or so. I emailed tech support at BC Broncos where I got it and they say 15-18 lb. does this sound right????

I just had my aluminum radiator rebuilt. It came with a 22 lb cap. The radiator shop that did the work told me that was too high--he supplied a 16lb cap with the rebuilt radiator. This keeps my 351W at a steady 190 degrees F.
