Simply just interested, I'm getting an Eddie Bauer

But is the EB model like a wimpier model compared to the XLT?

I got the sense that the EB is a more luxurious model (with the leather seats, cruise and CD player)

But doesn't the XLT come with cruise, CD player as well?

Is there a lot of guys out there that have Eddie Bauers that still beef them up?

Sorry if this was a dumb question, but I'm still a newbie and you might a couple more dumb ones coming.

Also sorry if this was already addressed in another topic, I didn't see anything, I've been looking through page after page of topics the past few hours trying to soak up as much information as I can.

thanks guys

The Eddie Bauer is just a trim package, there's nothing mechanical that isn't available on every other Bronco. It's leather seats & visors and maybe a color or two that aren't available withOUT getting an Eddie Bauer but that's really it. Also, just a quick note on the abbreviations, a lot of Ford & Bronco guys think Early Bronco when they see EB posted somewere. Now I'll grant that we ARE in the 80-96 forum but just as a general point I think most people associate EB with the 66-77 Bronco's.

I've seen plenty of Eddie Bauers that were built, no problems there.
