Ok, so long story very short... I have a brand new edelbrock 1406 on a wieand egr intake on my 79 bronco 351m with C-6, the motor runs great, is completly stock (minus intake and carb) and is tuned fairly well. I currently have the timing at 4-5 degrees and a stock dizzy. I lost my manual for the edelbrock, and i am wondering what jet / metering rods combos i need for my truck to get it to be its best. I currently live around 2200 feet above sea level, and need to pass smog. I know my truck is running way to rich, and just wondered what others have theres jetted at / timing at, so I can get a good baseline (since i don't have the manual) also can someone tell me what altitude these were originally jetted for.
Thanks a ton in advance.
