Wish I could help w/something like that but I've never seen it. Maybe one of the Mods has a lead. Unfortunately it's just not in the same league as tranmissions & engines. No problem finding either of *those* rebuilt & warrantied. Quite honestly I think the best route to go on something like this is to search the local boneyards for one and then have it rebuilt locally. Barring that I have no doubt at all that someone like Jeff's Bronco Graveyard can hook you up with one but those f*ckers aren't light & shipping costs $$$. Now depending on where you're at in the country it may well be cheap enuf to just find yourself an entire donor vehicle (since you're going to have it rebuilt anyways) and go that route, it has the added benefit of allowing you to part out the rest of the truck to recoup your expenses. On the plus side you can also look to the fact that GM & Mopar ALSO used NP205's and those can be sources as well but you'll have to at the very least change yokes & linkages *and* (right now I'm wishing I hadn't mass murdered so many of those brain cells back in college) if I recall correctly some of them used completely different offsets making the case unusable in a Ford but it's worth measuring and crawing around in the yards because it will save you a small wheelbarrow of cash. The other good thing about the 205 is that being a gear-driven Xfer case it almost NEVER fails. Say that again with me, it almost NEVER fails. You could fill one with a 50/50 mix of ***** & sand and have it run for 80K. They are hands-down the toughest cases made (outside of something from a duece & a half ). Find & buy one locally, it will save you an a$$full of money, there's rarely anything wrong with them outside of the bearings and 9 times out of 10 you simply need a refresh not a rebuild AND you'll save a TON on shipping. Don't pay for what you don't need. Beyond that I'm sure that Jeff's or any other major provider will not only sell you a good used unit but offer a reasonably warranty on it as well.
Oh $hit, my bad. I just took a moment to look and hey, lookey, Jeff's DOES offer a rebuilt 205, and it's only *$400* more than a used one (without shipping).

The used one is sold as a "recommended rebuildable core" and they suggest you rebuild it within 30 days (a less altruistic person might take that as a lack of confidence in the produce)
Also, keep in mind that it will be a Stone Cold Bitch to swap this into an 80-96 in place of the BW1356 AND the 1356 has a BETTER low-range ratio if you're a rock-crawling kinda guy. But to each his own & we all walk our own path. Best of luck in all your future endevors.
