Transfer case question

i need a new transfer case, i found one out of a 1990 bronco. will that fit on my 1995?

Well yes it will bolt yo your tranny and yes the shifter linkage will mate up a 1990 should have a BW1354 same as a 1996 but there is a small difference . the 1990 will have a speedo cable coming out of the back of it and the 1996 will not now being that your puttin the old case in the newer truck this wont be a problem going the other way theres no way to hook the speedo up . The only other thing you have to watch is make sure they both have the 4 bolt ****** on the output shaft I know the 96 will but the 90 could go either way and I have had the yoke output be off by one spline so you cant just change the output yokes , Other than yet you will be fine . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

so it will fit the 95 but there will be a cable there that wont attach to anything.

There will be a hole in the case that the old seedometer drive gear went into . Youll need to plug that . There was a VSS sensor on some models that went right in there . That would keep the dirt out :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
