Hey i just got my new transfer case motor today & it will go into 4 high but not 4 low by dash switch.Does anyone know what the problem may be.I also have 3 wires coming out of transfer case housing that I can't get the wires out to push into new harness.

Is it in neutral ? They only go into 4LO if in neutral
