Transfer case id

I have a 79 ford bronco dose anyone have an idea witch transfercase i have or any idea of how i can id it.

on the transfercase in the back there will be a round tag...you will most likely have to clean it off with a little wire brush it should be an NP205 which is New Process...i will try to get a picture of mine tomorrow night to help you find it easier

It could also be a 203, they used a 203 and the 205 case in 78/79 Bronco's. Best way to tell is get the tag from the passenger side of the case, it is clearly marked.

wasnt aware they used 203's in them year broncos

Yes, the 203 case was used on the full time 4wd and the 205 was used on the part time 4wd.
