TOW HOOKS and LOOPS

Alright guys another question here I have a 92 XLt and i want to add some tow hooks and or some tow loops which are better and how the **** do i put them on. do i have to cut into my bumper or is there one i can buy already like it...

with all my trucks i have drilled holes in the frame and used a shackle...real strong i never had any problems

In order to mount a useable tow hook, it has to be somehow attached to the frame.
