Sorry if this has been asked before, I found some tire posts but not mine. My '69's currently got 7.00 x 15 Co Ops that are getting pretty treadless. A friend has offered me some P78 x 15LT Co Ops. They seem to be about an inch or so wider & maybe 2 inches bigger in diameter than the 7.00s already installed. My first thought was to go have one mounted on the spare & then do a trial swap to check for fit, but then I thought of asking here first. Can I run these P78s without any fit problems? All the fenders are stock & uncut, which was the main reason my dad bought this one about a dozen years ago, it was still stock.
