I just wanted to find out if the seals leak any water when it rains after you take the hard top off. Does it mess with the seals badly or when you put the hard top back on, is it good and snug?

Just make sure you keep all of your hardware to put it back on with and it shouldn't have any problems? Mine hasn't leaked yet.

Good point. I used a "white out" pen to mark the hold-down clamps so I would be sure to get each one back in the same spot and oriented the right way.

i take my top on and off pretty frequently. keeping track of the bolts and having to remove and replace them each time is a bit of a hassle has anyone figured out a way to hold the top down without the stock hardware? c clamps wont work i bought some quick grips thinking that they would work.
