tail pipe spewin

I hav'nt had my bronco but maybe 3 months... if I remember right I put in a bottle of carb cleanin stuff in the gas tank . and ever since then I noticed my tail pipe spew liquidly blackish stuff... is this a coincidence or does the carb need ajustment.. too rich??? what could it be ...TIA..... MILO

Instantly or after a long run..? Instant, it could be condensation in the exh. system.

If after a long run, it could be coolant that has leaked thru. The black is soot that collected along the way.

Does the water/coolant level drop..?

As far as rich....determine that by how it runs & look at the plugs..!

I'm leary of putting "cleaners" in an un-familiar tank/fuel system. Not sure what it might loosen up in the bottom of the tank. I have a problem...whatever it "cleans" has to end up in the carb. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I have only checked 2 of the plugs and they looked good.... it runs good too... It spews mostly when I first start it in the first few minutes... coolant seems to be ok ...
