How many inches can I go up on my 1994 5.0 (stock) without welding or any major cutting? or whats the degree of difficulty?

P.S. I am no mechanic so thats why I'm asking this.

You get an 8in superlift or skyjacker and if u really wanted to go higher you can add a 3in body lift. They say you shouldent add a body lift to a suspension lift because it changes the center of gravity on the truck and it makes it more likly to flip but as long as your not taking any turns at 60 mph you'll be okay. On My brothers bronco we put on an 8in Skyjacker and a 2 in body for a total of 10 in and it looks real nice. I have a 6in superlift and im thinkin of adding a 2in body lift to it.

Easiest would be 2" longer coil springs ,http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33700_superlift_1_5__-_2__leveling_kit.htm

adjustable camber bushings http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33520_...shings_pair.htm

add a leaf for the rear end http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33578_...leafs__rear.htm

body lift if you feel the need for it http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-33325_...nco_1980-86.htm

This will get you a 4 1/2" or so total added height to what you have now. You could easily fit 36" tires with this. This would be the cheapest and easiest you could probably do it in your driveway in a couple of days with a decent jack and a average tool kit. I would get longer length shocks instead of shock extenders. Definately get longer brake lines youo don't want to risk overextending your brake lines and causing a tear. I would do the lift first

measure your travel, wheel well opening and figure out the tire size that will best fill up the space while not rubbing. Be sure to actually measure the tires

you plan on getting some tires are not what they claim to be (kind of like 2x4's) I have seen 33" actually measure 31 3/4" and some were 32" brand new

not even with any wear so figure on bringing a tape measure to the store. Don't get cheated if the brand you like is actually 36" tall for a 38" maybe you can talk the tire shop into lowering the price of the tire since it doesn't match!!(that's false advertising!!lol Jk)
