My Daughter has a 91 Bronco EB . I noticed on the striker for the spare tire latch is in sad shape . What is the best way to replace the plastic sleeve that wears away , I guess its part of the striker . Its the pin that remains on the tailgate when the tire is unlatched . Do you guys have a trick for it or is it best to try the Ford dealer . I have been able to loosen the bolt that it is on with a torx so I can remove the pin which I had doubts about but with a little patience and a lot of WD40 Type stuff I got lucky . This is the same style carrier that is on a 96 not like I had on my 88 years ago. Any Tips for me ?

I didnt know they made EB's in '91. I assumed it was a B2 but assuming is never the way to go. You might want to clarify this if to intend to get some helpful responses. The signature line is a real good place to give the vitals of your truck

I assumed in the 80-96 section EB would taken as " Eddie Bauer " and in the 66-77 section of the forum I`d say EB=Early Bronco but thats just me assuming also
