I bought a modified 75 302 with a lumpy cam and a Streemaster 289 (looks like a single plane?) and edelbrock. Headers have 2 1/2 collectors into duals. Is this a high RPM setup? What would make it better for torque? It screams on the street but have not taken it wheeling yet. It has 4.11 limited slip.

Go test and see, let us know. I'd think its plenty of pwr. Most times you want gears instead of engine pwr while wheeling.
