I thought of that...but., you'll need a machine shop, & the cut & threaded end needs to be pretty accurate so as to have the correct room for adjustment.

Dist. between dr. side knuckle hole & attach point for drag link, on tie rod, need to be close to the same as the stock tie rod (Aft. assembly)

It's def. doable...not sure what shop rates are....TBP prob. has one there (Double threaded tie rod center) Which ever is cheapest.

I need to do some smart measurings.
