87 B-Co; Holley 570; Mechanical fuel pump; C6 Trans; No EEC from factory.

Coming from the fuel pressure regulator to the carb, is there any advantage/disadvantage to running a dual line to dual inlets on the carb vs. single line to dual inlets on the carb(see photo)

As far as I know, none that would justify that other than if lines would avoid heat by not running over top of intake manifold.

&

Some claim benefit of using two is more fuel volume & flow when needed  for "high performance" carbs.

However, using two adds to possibility of fuel leaks at carb inlet & filters ( if using two).
