sensitive and stiff brakes

I dont know if its the fact that they are dusty or what but...Sometimes my brakes will be semi stiff and i think thats normal, but every so offten they get touchy as **** and brake real fast with out that much pressure. Whats with that?

The first thing you should do is flush out the brake fluid, and replace with new. Could be contaminated, as you are doing that is gives you an opportunity to inspect all brake components.
