I have a 82 bronco with a solid front axel. I have cage long arms, 5.5 cage coil springs with original upper buckets (4" lift) and my driveline hits the stock crossover. Is there a transmission crossover that will bolt up or do i have to build a custom one?

If you're refering to the crossmember underneath the tranny and t-case, I haven't found one that will work with the SAS. Most folks I've talked to notch the stock x=mbr and run the driveshaft under the new section. Might some some pics in the link to Miesk5's homepage in the Tech Articles forum section. Several Broncos have pics in their superford.org galleries and you can find the links in his website. I haven't done mine yet, still running stock F-350 leafs on the 84 Bronco. But I'll have to do this mod when I add 4 more inches of lift, JSM84

I have to agree. The only two solutions I've ever seen for this were to either notch & then reinforce the existing crossmember or to fab a new crossmember with a notch or **** built into it. I' have yet to see a comercial crossmember for this application.
