Ohh, hate to say it man but that's gonna hurt. Fenders up front are one thing because they're bolted on and can easily be replaced. Quarter panels are a whole different story. The only way to remove that panel is going to be to either cut if off with a cut-off wheel, body-saw, a torch or to drill out each & every spot weld. Once it IS removed the only way to replace it will be to either weld on a new one or to use some of the newer adhesives and glue it back on. You can get away with just cutting out the rusted area and then installing a patch panel but it's the same deal, weld it in or use the super-adhesives. Having something like that done at a shop will probably run you somewhere in the $800+ ballpark. A new quarter runs about $275 and then you're looking at several hours of labor at $40/hr PLUS paintwork.this isnt the picture of my bronco but i have a pretty bad rust hole in my bronco it measures about almost 3in in diameterhow much will this cost i dont have time to fix this myself.
yea it is # 21 so thats good. umm im in a high school skills center and believe it or not im in a collision repair class that just does this kinda stuff its just i dont trust my work. and my teachers arnt much help because they wont let me work on my own car. ill see what they say but someone told me erlier that i should fiber glass patch it. is that a good idea or should i weld in a piece?can you take us a pic of it?

if #21 will cover it then the panels is only $30.
The problem you are going to run into is most shops only do insurance claims. They dont tackle small jobs like that because its just not worth their time. Even doing a full resto they really dont make money on unless its a frame off. I had one shop quote my cousin like 15k to do some bodywork and paint his 71 f100.
I know you dont have the time but will you in the near future. really for the price of a how-to book($20), a grinder with cut-off wheels($30), ****** pliers($30) and adhesive($20) you can do everything but match the paint. If your paint is not metallic most paint shops can hook you up with an airless sprayer that will get you pretty close. We just used one at work to match a gold volvo but the metallics didnt work so well.
If a shop will even touch it they will gouge you on the price.
