What am i looking at price wise for a reman. c6 transmission? Is it a lot to have one rebuilt? Thanks.

What I have found is around $800.00 for a reman that you install and around $1500.00 to have someone rebuild it for you and r&r.
I've bought and sold several used C-6 trannies for $200-$300, A couple of local shops charge $500-$600 to rebuild one. Check with Broader Transmissions out of Abilene, TX. They sell a good reman C-6 for about $600.
