Hey, I recently learned that my 1984 2.8L BII is fried. Bad rings and 4.0 quarts/week oil leak.
/emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> However, I have decided to Rebuild.
I know, its better if you slam a V8 in it, but this is the plan, Tell me what you think:
Rebuild completely
Rip out computer-carb. crap.
Take carb., intake manifold, and distributor from '78 mustang, and slam into the BII.
Would this give me any more umph! than what its got now???
Would this even work. Any mods or suggestions would be great.
Thanks
