rear gears

How can i find out what the rear gear ratio is in my bronco i have 90 full size eddie bauer w/302

If I had to bet I would say 3:55 but the only way to really tell if you8 dont know the history of the truck is to remove the rear cover and look on the ring gear somewhere it is stamped in there ford 8.8 and a set of numbers like 41-10 which is 4:10 I cant remember the 3:55 ones right now but you just divide the big number by the small number and thats your ratio /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

there should be a tag on the rear and on the tag it will have numbers...if it says "3 L 5 5" its 3.55 gears with stock locker....if it says 3 O 5 5 same thing but open end

if the rear is 3.55 then front is 3.54

Hello there buddy, you can look on the rear end for the tag" it will be stamped what gear you have.
