It's really hard to say.It depends on your states emissions standards, the condition of your emission equipment, the state of tune your engines in and other varying factors.Sometimes you my pass without some emissions equipment and sometimes you won't.Sometimes removing a catalytic converter my effect it enough that it doesn't pass.Good luck hope everything works out .

u could always slip the guy 20 bucks to hook up the emissions tester up to another car and have someone in that car keep the motor at around 2000 rpms, thats what we will do at my shop if a car wont pass and we want it to for some reason. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

i have true dual, no cats, with an x pipe and i passed an emissions in CA a few months back, What i recommend is to get an oil change and clean your air filter before you go, it dont sound like it will do much but it should help.. Good luck

Stuff like that used to happen in Connecticut with the state inspection program, they made a big deal about it and a new company took over and now private garages do the inspections and everthing is video taped and monitored from a central office.
