Right side tomorrow after church, horns are in the way, plus I wouldn’t mind cleaning and painting the battery tray and surrounding area some. This has been a good truck was my daily for 5 years, sat out a couple and got re-recruited into daily, with the Dyna too. I’m going to paint the grill and headlight trim black and the mirrors and the front bumper wish paint scheme were reversed. Now she need a new tailgate and rear bumper from the last time it got hit. Tailgate as it’s gonna need lots of heat, if that will even work because of the way it got hit, it sorta pinched the area the track in in. It binds the rear window, going down, so it has to be done manually.

But her transmission has started slipping in 1-2, downshifting hard, but she’ll have “Shiny” headlights, and an fuel pump access, rebuilt rear differential, new front springs and hubs. Interior needs lots of help. So how goes everyone else’s Bronco adventures

Yo RR,
Too bad about the E4OD, etc!

E4OD Transmission Control Indicator Light (TCIL) is a LED with an overdrive on/off switch at end of the Transmission shifter stalk; flashing OD light is an indication of a transmission related trouble code in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
Is it flashing while driving?
Try a Self Test for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)s by my pal, BroncoJoe19 @ Code Reader

PCM stores the Self-Test program in permanent memory. When activated, Self-Test checks the EEC system by testing memory integrity and processing capability, and verifies that various sensors and actuators are connected and operating properly.

Inspect the rear sill under tailgate for extreme rust.

Good fortune!

No lights are flashing, but it difficult to tell what the previous owner had bone to it, I finally pulled the 7-pin plug from on top of the new previously unbent rear bumper. Which doesn’t work, but seems to have breakers/fuses in various places under the hood L&R side shows in the book or online? It may have been hit before me too? As the original heated rear glass is gone. The rear window only works from the key. But I have pictures of some of the stuff they did, just sad.😎. So I doubt it works?

However I have 2 shiny headlights that point at the ground, drivers side adjuster broke, I almost couldn’t get the trim back in. Unclear what happened it mounted easy. Just went to the car wash after, never checked the right side yet.
