ok my 78 is tryin to show me who the boss is i think...tends to eat ignition control mods...just dropped new 1 in this mornin an purrin like big ol kitty cat...noticed was missin exhaust bolt shut it off popped in new bolt an now back nothin...turns over but no fire...why do they keep goin out

Do you have a Duraspark II ignition? If so are you sure it is the control module and not the pickup coil?
