CHANGE EVERYTHING!! Go with a new throwout bearing, clutch, have the pressure plate surfaced etc. etc. You dont want to be dissapointed when you put it all together and you have a bad chatter or a few months down the road a bearing starts whining. A new clutch kit shouldnt be too expensive and that what I would do.

Just remember the bigger the clutch (in lbs) the harder the clutch peddle. Back in the day I put a Hays 3400 lb clutch in my 69 goat and systematically within 2 month I had rebuilt every piece of clutch linkage from the throw out arm to the clutch peddle. The stock linkage couldn't handle the pressure. But man would that thing launch after side stepping the clutch at 5 grand.

Just something to keep in the back of your noodle.
