i was onmy way home today when my rear driver side brake began pulsating when i braked, when i got home i looked and found a hose not connected to anyhthing i grabbed it and it just feel off my truck, but it looks like it goes to a release valve on the drivers side rear axle, i tried to drive it again and it was fine but does anyone know what this hose or valve is or does thanks

If it is connected your rear axle it is probably the vent hose for the axle to relieve pressure. If it is I suggest propping it up as high as you can with a zip tie or two.
