No power

1970 Bronco with 302....new battery. It won't turn over, no power to instrument panel, nothing works. It has a new battery. Any ideas

Start checking main terminal connections and fuse links/fuses. A test light is your friend.

Start at the fuse link that attaches to the starter solenoid. There are 2 on the side with the battery cable. 1 feeds the interior fuses and the other comes from the alt. If a visual doesn’t show anything, grab them one at a time and give them a tug. If they are stretchy, they are burnt. If they are ok, then got to testlight diag.

NOTHING works? If you haven't done so already, I'd check both the battery cables, ESPECIALLY the battery ground cable connection(s) to ground. There could be rust/oxidation or cable damage/deterioration preventing electrical contact.

P.S. Is this why it got a new battery?
