YardApe. My diff has been violated at some point. I crawled up under it earlier and there is silicone instead of gasket...

So I will try your "guestimate the gear" idea over the weekend and see what I can come up with. Thanks.

oh. I got some photos of mine posted in another thread. Its the one tagged "my 1986" or something along those lines. You can't miss it. It's the one with the rusty hood, big tires, and Confederate flag on the front.

Cant see the rear diff though. Nice truck by the way. I like that body style, reminds me of the old big foot. That one would look wicked painted BigFoot Blue, Like the one on american pie.
