Over the past several months I have been rebuilding my Bronco.I am redoing the exhaust next.Right now I have Ford Motorsports stainless headers into the stock y-pipe to a Flowmaster with duel outlets. The muffler has a hole in it so I am going to redo everything.I am keeping the headers.I want to get a Bassanni y-pipe and a new Flowmaster.I don't have emissions here. My? is do I need cats,or can I run O2 eliminators like the Mustangs do?

I dont have any cats :-& #036; , it caused a few problems at first but they have been worked out. Keep in mind it is illegal and im not saying you should do it because you could be be fined. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

By law your supost to have them......but as for me I just run the risk. My bronco is a 1984, 351 Windsor. I put a set of Headman Thermal headers on mine then custom fabricated 2 1/2 in pipes that turn outside the rail on each side independant of each other, run into a turbo muffler on each side and then immediately turn out and down in front of the back wheels. Sounds brutal and runs better with noticable pickup.

Cats? I don't need cats. The only thing they are good for is keepin' mice out of the barn :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
