those things are rare. You will be much better of trying to fix the one you have. I have heard lots of people ask but never seen one up for sale.

I haven't thought of that. I did think of plastic welding, but I don't know any one that does this type of stuff

Yea I know I got lucky I found a 1995 EB Bronco with every option possible, the only prob was tailgate rust for 3500.00 down in Homestead FL. Needless to say I bought it.

I have a friend that works for Rock Hill Ford that is sending out a feeler for NOS ones just started today If I find any I'll post

I had thought of building one from a window shade you can buy at Home Depot (some of them are made of nice thick vinyl) cut to any width and fabricate the dowel edges to match the grooves in the back panels of the Bronco out of some plastic/nylon bar stock.

If I get around to it I will post some photos so you can learn from my mistakes a bit.

Just remember that the factory bar that the cover rolls up on (behind the back seat) has springs in it witch alows you to slide the plastic end pieces in and out to remove or retrack the cover so make sure you keep them if replacing the bar Hope that helps
