What is this grey 3 pin plug for ?.
Drivers side by the e brake.
And the black one above it also.

I just edited the reply and added the source and other 90 Bronco info.

My eyesight is failing, so I can't keep looking through the EVTM now for where and what C226 is used.

That round, three pin connector is for the trailer towing brake connection. I've seen a few of the control boxes installed under the dash at junkyards and your connector plugs into the control box harness.
