My 96 bronco has to have coolant added from time to time. I don’t drive it but about 1500 miles per year but about every quarter I have to add coolant. There’s no evidence of coolant around the engine or under the vehicle. I’m just wondering if anyone knows why this might be happening.
I apologize if this is a repeat, I thought I had asked this, but I went back through and didn’t see where it was posted.

That is always a hard one. But honestly wouldn't worry about it until you see a drip on the ground. There are so many places you can lose a little bit and it dries off before it hits the ground.
If it was going into the oil, that is the only one that would be a worry. If your oil is not milky then it is not going there.

old hoses, any $cerew type hose clamps, they may slowly let loose over time. check them for proper tension, check hoses for fatigue or balooning. inspect the radiator cap for evidence of leakage either externally or into the resivoir.

also, check to see how long the system holds pressure. drive it around, shut off, see how much pressure is built in the upper rad hose. see how fast it looses pressure. a healthy system should loose pressure preportanate to engine cool down. if it looses pressure in 15 min, i'd start to be worried. if it holds upper rad hose pressure over 2 hours, it's likely not a big issue. my uncle once wrote with a paint pen on one of our old trucks "It's old, it's incontinent, check fluids watch gauges" lol.
