I was looking at.........

engine codes and happen to come across an engine code for a '68 Bronco and it reads: Engine code A= 240ci 6Cyl 1968.(One year production) I have never heard of this before, has anyone else or is this a misprint?

If you look in the LMC Cat., you'll see, in the eng. components section, a 3.9 240 CID 6 cyl. eng. Engine year---1968 only.

I've never run across one...could have been a special order. It's definitely a diff. eng.
